LUBBOCK With a team dotted with new faces, Wayland Baptist track and field coach Rohan Thompson came away mostly satisfied after the Pioneers qualified a number of student-athletes for nationals and posted some of the NAIA's top times at their first competition of the indoor season this weekend at the Texas Tech Open.
