The NAIA has named Wayland Baptist's Cheyenne Hill-Johnson Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week.

Wayland Baptist's Cheyenne Hill-Johnson and Dennis Kiptoo have been named Sooner Athletic Conference Indoor Track Athletes of the Week following last weekend's season-opening Corky Classic hosted by Texas Tech University.

Flying Queen Kaylee Edgemon and trackster Cheyenne Hill-Johnson have been named Wayland Baptist University Student-Athletes of the Week.

Brian Whitlock said his track & field teams could have a bit of an uphill battle during the upcoming indoor season, but both the Pioneer men's and women's squads should shine during the outdoor season.
